1-Order/Request
We do not have item numbers because each order is unique and personalized. Please be sure to let us know the rank, division, size, material of uniform, shipping address when you request or place an order. Then we will send you the invoice and order# with total payment.

2-Payment
US buyers:
Any type of money order or cashiers check from any US bank, postal money order or personal check will be accepted. All of personal check takes 12-14 days to clear. 
Credit card
payment will be accepted thru www.Paypal.com (Please add 2.5% of total payment for Paypal fee - No exceptions) or www.WesternUnion.com.
We will issue a invoice-payment request by Paypal after you place a order.
In case you credit card is not accepted, please contact Paypal (888-221-1161).

Western Union is also accepted for the US and international buyers.

European Buyers can send Euro in cash by registered mail or EMS (Express Mail System). No Euro coins, please. Paypal service is also available in most European countries. International bank wire transfer will cost $35 service fee per transaction.

Canadian buyers may send us a personal check. We can deposit most Canadian personal checks to out bank in the US. Please check with your bank first for the eligibility.
You also can send us an International Postal Money order, which you can make any post office in Canada.

Japanese buyers may send an International Postal Money order, which you can make any post office in Japan.


3-Shipment
We ship the packages worldwide. Most packages go out 2-4 days after payment is received or confirmed. Personal checks take longer. We will send you an email after your package is shipped. We normally use USPS (US postal Service) for shipping.

International shipment:  There will be no paper work inside the package. Please provide us your complete daytime telephone number, in case your local post office needs to contact you.


4-Exchange, Refund, Credit
If you receive wrong item, damaged item or wrong size, please return the package for exchange, refund or credit. Please explain the nature of problem thru email before you return the package. Certain percentage of restocking fee will be charged in case of sewing job was involved. The shipping charge is not refundable.

If you return the package without the authorization number, you will not give you any refund or credit.
